The string http://n.whatwg.org/formdata (note the lack of HTTPS
compared to the URL of this document) represents the namespace of the
*OBSOLETE* XML form submission data markup language originally proposed
and defined in the now *LONG DEFUNCT* Web Forms 2.0 specification.
